New Report: Living in Denial – The Arab Minority and Israeli Law

 

Today, Grotius – Center for International Law and Human Rights issued its report about the Arab minority and Israeli law. It is an analysis of the discrimination that this minority has experienced through attempts to contest it in the legal sphere. Written by Executive Director Marwan Dalal, the report focuses on legal deliberations before the Israeli Supreme Court regarding the Arab minority’s rights since Israel’s founding in 1948.
